Accessibility Information
Is the restaurant wheelchair accessible?
Yes! There is a wheelchair accessible entrance around the back off Carlton Street, and there are wheelchair accessible bathrooms in the restaurant. Come in and enjoy accessible seating inside or on the patio.
What if I'm visually impaired?
We have large print menus available upon request, and our servers are more than happy to help you with the menu.
Can my service dog come with me?
Of course! The Ontario Human Rights Code guarantees that service animals are allowed in all Ontario businesses and we are happy to host you and your service animal inside and on the patio. Please note that we offer a dog friendly patio for non-service animals as well.
Do you cater to allergies and dietary restrictions?
We do our best to accommodate all guests with any preferences, restrictions, and allergies. We do, however, have allergens in the restaurants, and we cannot guarantee that food is free from cross contamination with allergens such as peanuts and gluten. Please let your server know your preferences, restrictions, and/or allergies and we will do our best to accommodate!
What should I do if I have an accessibility complaint or issue?
If you need additional help, information, or have an issue you would like us to address, a supervisor will be happy to listen. Please ask your server to speak to a supervisor or manager. You are also welcome to give us a call or email any concerns after your visit and we will get back to you.
